Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunnyside. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
